Call Centre Opening Times
The Traveline Cymru telephone number 0871 200 22 33 is open from 7am until 10pm every day except for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day where a reduced service will be operated. We reserve the right to alter these times if deemed necessary but will make every effort to inform members of the public via this website.
Traveline Cymru Charges
Calls to the Traveline telephone number 0871 200 22 33 cost 10p per minute plus 6p connection fee from a BT land line, other networks may be higher and mobiles may be significantly more.
Text messages to the Bus Times by Text service cost the price of a normal text message (this may vary from phone operator to phone operator). The reply is free to the user as it is funded by the Welsh Assembly Government.
The information contained in this website is free to the private user.
