1Accessing Traveline Cymru information
This website is tested to AA conformance to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

The Traveline Cymru call centre uses a BT Type Talk system and all agents are trained to use this facility.

Information is available in the call centre regarding accessibility of stops and services where available.

The following stations have a helpline available on 0845 300 3005 where assistance can be requested:
• Holyhead
• Wrexham General
It is recommended customers book at least 24 hours in advance of travel if they require disabled assistance.

The following stations have staff available for assistance:

• Aberystwyth
• Ammanford
• Bangor
• Bargoed
• Caerphilly
• Cardiff Central

• Llandrindod Wells
• Merthyr Tydifl
