Demand Responsive & Community Transport
Demand Responsive & Community Transport services are local bus services which are tailored to the needs of the passenger. They provide transport for people who would otherwise be disadvantaged because of age, mobility, disability or location and operate a bespoke door to door service.

Travelling With a Disability
This page aims to provide useful information to disabled travellers. If you would like assistance when making a journey, such as help getting on or off a train, or ramps for a wheelchair, please contact Assisted Travel before you start your journey. Please try and give a minimum of 24 hours notice before your journey as this will allow time for any special arrangements to be made.
If this is not possible, Arriva Trains will still do their best to help, but cannot guarantee to provide the normal level of service.

To find out about accessible toilet facilities located near bus stations, railway stations and major bus interchange points:
- Check online for the location of public toilets that are part of the RADAR/National Key Scheme
- If you are travelling by train, look at National Rail Enquiries’ Stations and Destinations page and enter the name or three letter code of the station you are calling at for details of the facilities available at the station.
