NEW ONLINE RAIL SITE OFFERS FREE TRACK WITH EVERY TICKET

A brand new online train ticket retailing site, takethetrain.co.uk, has launched offering free music downloads with every ticket purchased.
 
The website’s creators claim the site offers the “most simple, straightforward way to buy train tickets online” and charges no booking, credit/debit card, or postage fees, and to celebrate the launch the company is giving away a free music tracks with every ticket sold.
 
Simon Mclean, managing director of takethetrain, said: “Buying a train ticket has become rather complicated over the past few years, with the five other main ticket sites all claiming to offer a better service or better fares than the rest.
 
“We’ve designed takethetrain.co.uk to make buying a train ticket online simple again, and because we are an online retailer we thought it would be a good idea to thank people for getting onboard by giving them a free track.”
 
takethetrain has partnered with online music retailer 7digital for the giveaway, which generates a free code each time someone buys a ticket entitling them to a free music download.
