Traveline Cymru Call Centre Scoops Top Spot in UK Wide Mystery Shop

The Traveline Cymru region has been ranked amongst the top 4 Traveline regions in the UK for customer service for their bilingual public transport information telephone service. Ranking top out of 11 Traveline regions in the UK, Wales received an over all score of 97%.

The call centre based in Porthmadog, Gwynedd is operated by Galw on behalf of Traveline Cymru, the Welsh Assembly Government funded public transport information service in Wales. The Welsh region shares the top spot with the North East of England, North West of England and Scottish regions.

Emma Griffith, Quality Manager at the Traveline Cymru call centre said of the achievement: “All at the call centre are delighted with the results of this wave of mystery shopping. The high score is a credit to the hard work and professionalism of dedicated team of call centre agents and their team leader.”
