Welsh Language Policy

At Traveline Cymru, we have always recognised the importance of providing a bilingual service for our customers.

In November, Traveline Cymru joined companies such as Boots, NatWest, Tesco and M&S in signing up to a policy with the Welsh Language Board.  They are just some of the 120 assorted businesses who have already shown their commitment to the scheme.

This commitment means that we will aim to treat both languages equally, allowing our customers to choose which language they want to use through the different services we provide.  The website, the call centre and the Traveline txt service are all currently available in both English and Welsh.
