What is Traveline Cymru?
Traveline Cymru is the public transport information service for Wales. We are funded by the Welsh Assembly Government and our purpose is to offer a “one stop shop” for travel information in Wales that includes bus, coach, rail, air, ferry. We also aim to help if you want to use your car, walk or cycle all or part of your journey.
We do this by providing the travelling public with joined-up and unbiased timetable information as published by bus, rail and coach operators.
How can I contact Traveline Cymru?
By phone…
You can telephone us on 0871 200 22 33 (calls cost 10p per minute plus 6p connection fee from a BT land line, other networks may differ and mobiles may be significantly higher).
Our call centre agents, based in North Wales are available from 7am until 10pm daily throughout the year. On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day we operate a limited service.

Plan My Journey
The Plan My Journey page is for people who don’t know all the details of their journey. Here you can enter your start point, where you want to go, date and estimated time of travel and you will be provided with all options available for your journey.
Bus Timetable Search
The Timetable Search is for people who know the number of their bus, but need to know the bus times. Here you can enter the bus number in the search box and you will be able to view an entire timetable for that service.
Bus Times by Text
The Bus Times by Text page is a map which allows you to search on a specific bus stop and find out what buses are running to and from it.
As part of this information you will be provided with the bus stop code (E.g. VGLDJDG), which when sent as a text message to 84268 (for the price of a normal text message) will send you a free reply with the next four buses due at that stop. Where Real Time Information is available, this information will be Real Time which means you will know the exact time your bus will arrive!
